We collect the minimum amount of information needed to reply to your inquiry and send you the materials you ask for. We don't sell, share, or pass your details on. This page explains exactly what we keep and for how long.

Who we are
La Casería de Tomillos is operated by Saeidipity SL, registered in Spain. We are the data controller for any personal information you share with us through this website. Postal address: Ronda · Andalusia · Spain.

What we collect
When you submit a contact form, request a brochure, or otherwise reach out: your name, email address, and any details you provide about your visit (dates, group size, occasion). When you load the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) for security and debugging.

Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, send brochures you have asked for, and follow up if a conversation makes sense. The legal basis is your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest (server logs, fraud prevention).

Who else sees it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site: Vercel (US/EU, hosting and CDN), Resend (US/EU, transactional email). They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not pass your details to any other third parties. We do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which they are deleted unless we are legally required to retain them. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

We will note material changes here and update the 'last updated' date below. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
